DreamShore Aero is a full service air charter company based at the Bar Harbor Hancock County Airport (KBHB). We utilize a twin-engine Piper Seneca III which is equipped with weather radar, air-conditioning, and is certified for known-icing conditions. Your pilot, Frederick Hanke Cahn, has approximately 20,000 flight hours and has been a Captain on Cessna 402s, light to heavy turbo-props, and Boeing 757/767/ 777 as well as other jets. He is a former Airline Director of Training and Check Airman and is a current FAA Instrument Flight Instructor. He has flown to most of the world’s major airports as well as to many of the more challenging fields.
We can pick you up and drop you off at any convenient airport, including the major hubs. We specialize in routes where airlines don't fly—for instance, if you need to go to a meeting in Burlington, VT, (or Houlton, ME) we can have you there, non-stop, easily in time for your coffee and donuts and still have you home for supper in Maine.
Besides regular passenger charter to your choice of destinations, our services include extradition flights for law enforcement, many medical flights, and we welcome well-behaved or crated pets. We offer cargo flights - even special cargoes, as we have extra-large cargo doors for oversized shipments.
Our primary area of operation is the Northeast USA, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. Our flights operate from the General Aviation Terminals, which are a peaceful haven away from the passenger terminals.
